Opening an account on www.pilates-gratz.com is easy. Simply set up a new account or when you place an order, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. Save your billing and shipping information to make it easier to find and buy your favorite stuff. Receive important information regarding your order and the capability to track your order up to the moment it arrives.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
Order Confirmation: This is confirmation of your order placed on 8/10/10. Your order number is xxxxxxx. When your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail from Gratz containing shipment details, including a tracking number. Please keep this e-mail for your records.
Ship Confirmation: We are notifying you that the following item(s) have shipped from order xxxxxxx. If there are remaining items in your order that were not shipped at this time, you will receive a similar shipment confirmation e-mail when they ship.
What is the lead time for our products?
Gratz hand crafts their apparatus with unerring precision and quality. All orders are custom made in the order they are received. Due to high volume of orders, our current lead time ranges from 6-8 weeks for some products and 32-40 weeks for other products. The lead time depends on where we are in the production schedule. We will do our best to inform you of your lead time at the time of your order.
What if I have a specific deadline?
Please share your deadline with us and we will work with you to accommodate it. However, keep in mind that due to covid-19 and its impacts on our services, our ability to help will be very limited, but we will do our best.
Do you customize your products?
We often customize our products to suit customer needs. Typically customizations incur a charge equal to 30% of the value of the standard item. Our lead time for custom orders typically adds an additional 2-4 weeks.
ORDERS AND ESTIMATES
Orders and estimates placed online are only valid for 30 days. Once the 30 days have passed, you will have to submit a new order/estimate directly on our website.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
You may change your order within 24-hours of placing it without incurring any additional charges. If you change your order after 24-hours but before we ship it, we must cancel the original order and submit a new one. You will incur a 25% restocking fee for the equipment removed from the order. Changing your order may delay your shipping date.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Gratz Industries will return your initial deposit in full if you cancel your order within 24-hours of placing it. Should you cancel your order after 24-hours but before we ship it, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee for the order, not including shipping.
