What is the lead time for our products?
Gratz hand crafts their apparatus with unerring precision and quality. Our current lead time ranges from 2-6 weeks for some products and 14-16 weeks for other products. The lead time depends on where we are in the production schedule. We will do our best to inform you of your lead time at the time of your order.
What if the product I want is not in stock?
We operate on a standard lead time ranging from 2-6 weeks depending on where we are in the production schedule. We will do our best to inform you of your lead time at the time of order.
What if I have a specific deadline?
Please share your deadline with us and we will work with you to try and accommodate it to the best of our ability.
Do you customize your products?
We often customize our products to suit customer needs. Typically customizations incur a charge equal to 30% of the value of the standard item. Our lead time for custom orders typically adds an additional 2-4 weeks.
IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES
Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination country. You would need to make your own arrangements to pick up from the airport to transport to your own location. This would be handled directly by you on your end and this cost would not be reflected on a Gratz Estimate.
