Once your clients have a strong basic foundation, they're ready to start moving in a more elaborate way. The intermediate system is the next step. It is a vast system that benefits the majority of one's clients.

This workshop is a great course for Pilates teachers who are ready to take their clients to the next level and want a refresher on how to progress them through the continuum of exercises.

This workshop is open to instructors certified by M.A.T. Pilates and Romana's Pilates. Teachers who are certified by other organizations must take the Basic System Workshop as a pre-requisite to register for the Intermediate System Workshop.

About the M.A.T. Pilates Teacher Certification Program
All M.A.T. Pilates graduates are required to attend at least one CPE seminar each year in order to maintain their certification. M.A.T. Pilates continuing education is offered at Metropolitan Pilates, Urban Pilates, and The Pilates Center of San Francisco.

Continuing Education is offered year round by Dorothee VandeWalle. Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced workshops are offered each year as well as guest teacher seminars.
