OUR RETURN PROCESS
We have a 30-day return policy. You must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30-days from the date of shipment and we must receive the returned items back within 30-days from the date you received the RMA number. To start the return process please call us at 1-215-739-7373 ext. 17 and our customer care representative will provided you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We are not responsible for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
The items must be in their original condition, packaging, and unused. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any damage or loss during shipment back to us.
Equipment: Aluminum or Designer Cadillac, Aluminum or Designer Maple Wood Cadillac, Instant Cadillac Conversion in Half or Full Units, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Arm Chair, Combo Electric/Wunda Chair, Full (Ladder) Barrel, Spine Corrector, Mini Barrel, Guillotine Towers, Studio Wall Units, and High, Contour and Low Mats.
Accessories: Springs, Custom Orders or Custom Upholstery Items
*“Equipment” means Reformers, Cadillacs, Instant Half or Full Cadillac Conversions Units, Wunda Chairs, Electric Chairs, Arm Chairs, Combo Electric/Wunda Chair, Full (Ladder) Barrels, Spine Corrector, Mini Barrel, Guillotine Towers, Studio Wall Units and All Mats or any product ordered in a custom upholstery color or custom configuration.
**“Non-Equipment Products (Accessories) are all products other than equipment as mentioned above. Orders for non-equipment products are final and may not be cancelled except as expressly stated on your invoice or on a Gratz Pilates website at the time of your order. You may however return non-equipment items that are not listed as Non-Refundable Products (see above list).
