About Yahel Herzog
The Studio: Pilates House opened in 2013 as the 1st studio in Israel to proudly host Romana’s Pilates International certification program. The studio carries the entire line of Gratz equipment and serves as the company’s show room for the local Pilates community.
Yahel Herzog is the studio owner and principal instructor. A back injury from his previous career as a director of photography in New York City led him to seek therapy through Pilates, where he fell in love with the method (and made full recovery). He studied and certified with Sari Mejia-Santo, Marjorie Oron, Daria Pace, Cynthia Shipley and Jerome Weinberg. Forever a student of the method, he feels lucky to be a significant participant in the team that's educating and creating the next generation of Pilates enthusiasts in the region.
