Pure Pilates Warsaw Studio
STUDIO
Pure Pilates Warsaw is a boutique Pilates studio located in the heart of Warsaw, Poland, yet in a green and quiet part of the city. Opened in June 2020, it is fully equipped with Gratz apparatus and offers its clients individual sessions and Wall Unit duets in its "pure" form. All teachers are Romana's Pilates certified and trained in the Pilates Studio in the Hague, Holland. The colour palette of the studio refers both to the tradition and legacy of the authentic Pilates method - the red wine colour, and also to nature, which is symbolized by the Alabaster colour of the Gratz upholstery. The studio is designed to help clients unwind and relax their minds while working on their bodies.
EQUIPMENT
For me, Gratz being the original manufacturer of Pilates apparatus, is synonymous with quality. I trained on other apparatus but the moment I was introduced to Romana's Pilates performed on Gratz, I knew it was it! Ever since it has helped me and my clients to work deep in the Powerhouse, feel the elongation, resistance and opposition in the body. It is just a perfect match so when I was about to open Pure Pilates Warsaw and order the apparatus, I did not even consider anything other than Gratz. I just focused on choosing the right colours ;) 
Barbara Piela - Romana's Pilates Teacher Level V
Barbara turned to Pilates thanks to ballet, which is her great passion since a young age. In 2013 she concluded a BASI Mat Work Teacher Training course in Paris, France, which was the foundation to her further training. At the same time, she discovered Romana’s Pilates method, which she embraced entirely. For 2 years she was trained in the European Romana's Pilates Teacher Training Center in the Hague, Holland by Marjorie Oron, Jane Poerwoatmodjo and Sari Mejia Santo. After completing over 1000 hours of observation, own practice and coaching Barbara opened Pure Pilates Warsaw in June 2020. She is continuing her education by travelling Europe and taking part in various workshops and seminars led by the most recognized Romana's Pilates Master Teachers.

Katarzyna Mierzwa - Romana's Pilates Teacher Level V
Katarzyna holds a Master's Degree in Physical Education with a specialization in Corrective and Compensatory Gymnastics. She is the sporty type, who has always loved being active. She runs ultra marathons and has won the Crown of Polish Marathons. Katarzyna is a graduate of the Romana's Pilates Teacher Training Programme in the Hague, Holland. She studied under the guidance of Marjorie Oron, Jane Poerwoatmodjo and Sari Mejia Santo.
She has been traveling extensively to expand her knowledge and expertise in Pilates, by participating in Romana's Pilates seminars and workshops in Europe and the United States. In addition to being part of Pure Pilates Warsaw she runs a Pilates studio in her hometown Rzeszów, in the south of Poland. Clients love Katarzyna for being a demanding teacher with a great sense of humour and an open heart.
