Before I bought my first Gratz Reformer, I was training for my teaching training program with modern apparatus. It was literally impossible to find the correct combination to gauge the springs for optimal body resistance or the length of the straps to suit my legs/feet shape. Mini Barrel exercises would just kill my back instead of supporting it.

Before buying my first Gratz Reformer, I was training for my teaching training program in modern apparatus. It was literally impossible to find the correct combination to gauge the springs for optimal body resistance or the length of the straps to suit my legs/feet shape. Mini Barrel exercises would just kill my back instead of supporting it.

So, I bought GRATZ in steps: first, a Reformer with tower, then the Chairs, and finally the rest of the equipment to complete the studio. Today, my studio features Half Cadillac conversion, one reformer with Full Cadillac conversion, Ladder Barrel, Electric Chair, Wunda Chair, High Mat, Small Barrel, Spine Corrector, Pedi Pole, Push Up device, Foot Corrector.

THE PEOPLE - ELISABETTA VANGELISTA

Elisabetta’s Pilates journey starts several years ago, when she worked as finance professional in London. Pilates was her escape to rebalance mind and body after long working hours spent at the desk and a pretty hectic life. When she moved to Luxembourg a few years ago, she discovered the perfect, most idyllic place for a classic pilates studio with no equal in town. Today, Elisabetta Vangelista is a third generation classic Pilates teacher and still trains with her mentor and coach, Patricia Medros.

Elisabetta remains connected to her finance community and she teaches in her own home studio. “I am a passionate coach with a personal dedication to my clients. I practice Pilates daily. It is through my own practice and teaching that I continue to learn to bring you the best Pilates. I teach classical Pilates on original GRATZ apparatus that you will not find anywhere else in Luxembourg. In my classes expect intense physical efforts with single-focused concentration.
