STUDIO

Everybody Pilates opened its doors in 2009 in a small location in Southsea, Portsmouth UK.

It soon grew into a vibrant and fun place to practice Classical Pilates. In 2017 with our new Gratz Pilates Equipment in tow we moved to our fabulous new studio.

Amy Kellow a Graduate of “The Work” and “Teaching the Work” draws upon her intuitive style of teaching whilst staying true to the teachings of her Mentor Jay Grimes. This stays true throughout our studios and Amy believes this resonates in the training of all of our teachers.

PEOPLE

People and Pilates are our passion. Amy launched her Everybody Pilates Franchises with Pilates people in mind. Her real passion comes from training and developing teachers and studio managers and seeing the successes these bring.

Our first franchise Rebecca Thijm operates Everybody Pilates Stourbridge in the West Midlands. Rebecca joined Amy on the Franchise journey as a longstanding friend and fellow teacher. Her studio has a fantastic team of instructors with Vicky and Nicky continuing to develop their training with Amy.

Catherine Blethyn launched our first international franchise Everybody Pilates Maastricht in 2017 and we love her drive and enthusiasm. As a long term client of Amy’s Catherine already knew that the Everybody Pilates family was where she belonged.
