Pull Ups are so much more than an upper body exercise. You need a strong Powerhouse when doing Pull Ups on the Caddy. The Powerhouse holds you in a steady plank position, and you’ve got to pull your stomach in and up and keep your seat engaged to keep that steady “plank of steel” throughout the exercise.
Cadillac - Teaser
Teaser on the Caddy is a great way to introduce the Teaser to new clients. The spring attached on top of the Cadillac gives assistance when rolling up and helps establish control as you roll down.
