Early on in my career I learned our hands are like magnets. WHERE we place them, HOW we place them and WHEN we place them, are crucial to be being effective teachers. A good spot will transform your client's work and help them progress at a faster pace.

ABOUT CARRIE RUSSO
Carrie is a highly sought after instructor, based in Los Angeles.
Her philosophy is simple: Working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive.
Carrie earned her certification from the prestigious Romana’s Pilates International in 2005. Romana’s Pilates is recognized as one of the most elite Classical Pilates certifications in the world. Carrie is a continual student of Pilates and studies with as many of her elders as she can. Her primary mentors include: Michael Levy, Trish Garland, Cynthia Shipley, and Cynthia Lochard. She was lucky enough to also have learn from Romana herself and enjoys taking Sari’s weekly class via Zoom.
