Michael Johnson holds certificates in Pilates from Kim Lee and Romana Kryzanowska. Michael has been teaching for 15 years and is recognized for his motivational teaching style and straight forward approach. A teacher of Pilates, yoga and mobility, Michael’s motivation is to help people heal and move better.
Rooted in tradition and respect from previous teachers, he likes to explore modern methods and healing techniques. Bringing the two together is the goal in his workshops and teaching.
