Welcome to the first cycle of International Workshops in Spanish
The goal is to connect you with people from all over the world who also share a passion for this enriching method, and thus deepen the Contrology of Joseph Pilates.
The workshops will be online and live. Thus, you can accompany us from your home or your Pilates studio, taking your notes or trying the instructions given by the teachers.
The launch edition is more than special, with the presence of 4 great names from the Classical World of Pilates presenting 3 unmissable Workshops!
** All workshops will be in Spanish, with a duration of 3 hours each.

El Objetivo es conectarte con personas de todo el mundo que también comparten la pasión por este método enriquecedor, y así profundizar en la Contrología de Joseph Pilates.
Los talleres serán en línea y en vivo. Así, podés acompañarnos desde tu casa o tu estudio de Pilates, tomando tus apuntes o probando las instrucciones dadas por los maestros.
