Alisa Wyatt has been teaching Pilates since 1999 when she left her high-powered publishing job to spread her passion for Pilates. Recognizing there was a need to preserve Joseph Pilates’ original style of teaching, she and her husband Jack created Pilatesology, the only website offering video instruction solely dedicated to classical Pilates. Trained and certified by Romana Kryzanowska, she has also studied extensively with First Generation Teachers Jay Grimes and Kathy Grant. A featured expert for publications such as Departures, Glamour, Shape, New York Magazine and Pilates Style, Alisa trains a range of clients from Olympic athletes to real people who want to perform at their absolute best.
Chris Robinson brings great passion and an endless energy for Pilates. Chris was inspired and Certified by Pilates legend Romana Kryzanowska, whom he directly apprenticed with more than 15 years ago. He continues his Pilates education with Master Instructor Jay Grimes, who was also a student of Joseph Pilates. His love for fitness and top level professional experience as a purist in The Pilates Method has garnered clients of all levels including professional athletes, private clients, teachers, apprentices and even Oprah Winfrey, for whom he acted as her personal core coach.
Chris is the author of “The Core Connection” and creator of The S6 Fitness Program based in San Diego, California. His work is in high demand as he travels the world sharing his elite skills in The Pilates Method. He is also a two-time Muay Thai Kickboxing Champion and International Fitness Expert with disciplines in Bulgarian Bags, Sprinting, and Functional Traditional Training.
Chris was a collegiate track and field athlete at San Diego State University, where he earned a degree in kinesiology and he has since lived every day in constant pursuit of peak performance. The Houston native has owned and operated three fitness centers and currently owns The S6 Fitness Center in San Diego. A lifelong athlete and fighter, Chris continues his many years of training with the legendary Saekson Janjira, a Master Muay Thai Teacher. He is a Certified Bulgarian Bags Instructor, and a student of the Inventor of Bulgarian Bags, Ivan Ivanov.
As a purist in Pilates, he is inspired and driven to teach The Method the way Joe intended.

Dana Santi began studying the Pilates method in 1996 in Evanston, IL. She studied under the direction of Juanita Lopez and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 1998. After completing her certification, Dana taught at and managed The Pilates Studio of The Midwest at Hubbard Street in Chicago, IL, a certification studio for what was The New York Pilates Studio® and The Pilates Guild™. In 2002, Dana opened The Pilates Core, Inc. in LaGrange, IL. She has always believed that keeping Pilates authentic is what makes a successful studio. In 2004, Dana met and studied with Jay Grimes in Los Angeles, CA. That meeting changed Dana's life and she is honored to borrow every ounce of inspiration and wisdom that he can provide. Dana devotes much of her non-teaching time to studying and networking with other classically trained teachers. With their combined expertise, Dana organizes workshops and conferences devoted to educating participants in the traditional and authentic Pilates method. In 2016, Dana closed down The Pilates Core, moved the studio and rebranded as Dana Santi Pilates. This move has allowed Dana to teach, travel, train and most importantly be there for her kids. Dana can be found teaching classes on Pilates Anytime and currently, Dana serves as Co-Chair and is a founding member of the Authentic Pilates Union.
