About Moses Urbano

Moses Urbano is a world-renowned Pilates Instructor who works with private clients, other Pilates teachers, celebrities and professional athletes since completing his certification in 1999 under the direction of Romana Kryzanowska at The Pilates Studio of New York. He had the great privilege of assisting Romana, Joseph Pilates’ leading disciple, on teaching tours in the US and internationally. His passion is to share his journey in Pilates and support Pilates instructors around the world.
"Romana taught me ‘Contrology’ - that’s what Joseph Pilates called his work. I see it as an art form of movement and believe it is the best way to naturally cleanse the body of impurities and replenish it with vibrant energy. It also happens to be a great way to exercise." -- Moses Urbano

About Mariano Dolagaray

"Pilates gave me a platform, a base, from which to evolve personally and also with my clients. Pilates gives me a strength that goes way beyond the muscles, beyond the physical body. Pilates is not just exercises, Pilates is a concept, a philosophy. It is not only for the body, but throughout the body to reach our potential as human beings. Scientists have proven that the mind can change the body, and I totally believe that the body can change the mind as well. Changes occur through movement and movement can heal. Without Pilates I would be living but I can not imagine how. I practice Pilates to feel more alive, to live better."

Mariano is from Argentina. He has his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and has completed certification programs with The Pilates Studio Brasil (Master Teachers: Romana Kryzanowska and Inelia Garcia), Romana's Pilates Independent Instructor Program, and The True Pilates New York (Master Teacher: Sari Mejia Santo).
