Carrie will be teaching workshops and privates internationally in 2019. Each year, she creates themes for workshops and then tapers them to fit each studios needs. (i.e. reformer, apparatus, level of participants etc)

This year's themes:

What is the Goal? -  Knowing the goal of each exercise is essential to the work.  It informs, both how you execute an exercise and how you approach teaching it.

We will be exploring the intended rhythm and dynamic of individual exercises and how “control” doesn’t always mean “slow”. This workshop will get your heart pumping- just as Joe intended!



Carrie earned her certification from the prestigious Romana's Pilates program in 2005. Romana's Pilates is recognized as one of the most elite Pilates certifications in the world. While in training Carrie studied under the direct tutelage of Romana Kryzanowska, Josepha Oilates famed protege. Carrie's unique style of teaching combines her expert knowledge of the craft and genuine enthusiasm for helping people transform their bodies. Carrie approaches every session with her core philosophy: working hard and having fun are not mutually exclusive. 

Carrie is a highly sought after instructor and teaches workshops for both teachers and Pilates enthusiasts around the globe. She takes great joy in sharing her knowledge and passion for Pilates.
