I am so excited for my teacher and friend, Junghee Won, to visit my studio in March 2016 for a workshop on Touching and Spotting Techniques. Junghee is truly gifted in her approach to touching and spotting, as well as teaching teachers how to spot with confidence and to get the most for clients out of each exercise with the help of the touch and spot. Come join us in welcoming Junghee to Rhinebeck Pilates!
Practice and learn the Authentic Pilates approach to touching and spotting on the intermediate reformer and mat. Experience how the art of touching and spotting enhances your teaching and benefits your clients. Bring your clients into a deeper connection to the powerhouse, longer stretches and opposition, and assist them to find their ideal in each exercise. We will focus on the reformer and mat, with additional apparatus by request as time allows.
