Our Gratz Breath-A-Cizer is an essential apparatus that encourages proper breathing techniques. The ergonomic wooden handle on this piece of equipment makes it feel comfortable and highly secure while in the hand. At one end of this two-pronged device, you’ll find a sturdy metal opening (designed to accommodate a standard straw) located directly across from a rotating metal pinwheel.
By challenging yourself to keep the pinwheel in motion using only your breath, you can successfully cleanse the lungs by completely ridding them of air.
