pilatesWERKSTATT, located in the heart of Zug, Switzerland, is a short walk from the main train station and steps away from Lake Zug. Clients enjoy access to all the amenities afforded by the studio’s central location and the city’s international culture, in addition to high quality training on premium Pilates equipment. The studio layout provides groups and private clients with a unique space to fully enjoy their Pilates training on a large selection of Gratz equipment: High Mats, Cadillac, Reformer and the different Chairs. The modern decor and comfortable foyer is the perfect meeting spot to enjoy a coffee or fresh drink, chat and do a little shopping — the studio offers clients the possibility to add to their Pilates wardrobe or choose a unique gift from local artisans.
PEOPLE
pilatesWERKSTATT is focused on developing the love of PiIates in everyBODY, no matter age or fitness level, man or woman. The team is fully dedicated to providing the best care to its clients. Christine Hüsler, already a certified Gymnastics Instructor, discovered the value of Pilates in 2001. She took her passion to the next level and became a Comprehensive Certified Pilates Instructor (over 500 Educational Hours).
Today, she is the owner of pilatesWERKSTATT and passionate about sharing Pilates with her clients. The teachers at pilatesWERKSTATT are all avid Pilates practitioners. In order to provide the best possible care and opportunities to their clients, they advance their knowledge through continuing education and supplemental programs. Pilatesology as well as Pilates Avatar (a self-training system developed by Clare Dunphy Hemani) are examples of programs which delight the team and clients at pilatesWERKSTATT.
EQUIPMENT
pilatesWERKSTATT opened its doors in 2014. When deciding on equipment for the studio, there was only one choice: Gratz! Apart from the beauty and quality of Gratz equipment, the selling point was the stunning impact it has on the body compared to other alternatives on the market. Having trained on many competitors to Gratz since starting her Pilates practice, Christine insisted that Gratz was the only equipment that made sense for her and her clients:
