1. Please call us at 1-718-361-7777 ext. 17 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must request a RMA number within 30 days from the date of shipment, and we must receive the returned items back within 30 days from the date you received the RMA number. All returned items must have the RMA number marked on the outside of the package along with your name and address.

2. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage or loss during shipment back to us. We do not accept responsibility for any items returned without an RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Items that may not be returned.

1. Equipment that may not be returned: Reformers, Portable Reformers, Cadillacs, Instant Half or Full Cadillac Conversions Units, Wunda Chairs, Electric Chairs, Arm Chairs, Combo Electric/Wunda Chair, Full (Ladder) Barrels, Guillotine Towers, Studio Wall Units and Mats.

2. Accessories that may not be returned: Springs, custom orders or custom upholstery items.
