Exhale Pilates London is incredibly excited to be bringing another Pilates legend Chris Robinson to the UK this June.

His top-level professional experience for The Pilates method has garnered clients of all levels including professional athletes, teachers and even Oprah Winfrey, for whom he acted as her personal core coach.

He is also a two-time Muay Thai Kickboxing Champion and International Fitness Expert with disciplines in Bulgarian Bags, Sprinting, and Functional Traditional Training so we couldn’t be more excited for him to be delivering workshops at our North Finchley studio, above professional boxing gym PUG this summer.

Chris is also author of “The Core Connection” and creator of Pilates and Sports Program based in San Diego, California, his work is in high demand as he travels the world sharing his elite skills in The Pilates Method.

We are thrilled he will be sharing his passion and knowledge with us all at Exhale. More details of the weekend including what workshops will be announced next week. If you want to be the first to know all the details and to reserve your spot please email education@exhalepilateslondon.com

About Chris Robinson

As a lifelong athlete, Chris Robinson is constantly in pursuit of peak performance. With great passion and energy, the Houston native brings that drive to the service of his clients, including Oprah Winfrey, for whom he acted as personal core coach. A certified Pilates instructor with more than 15 years of professional fitness experience, Chris learned his craft directly from Pilates legend Romana Kryzanowska. He is a two-time Muay Thai kickboxing champion trained by Saekson Janjira and was a collegiate track and field athlete at San Diego State University, where he earned a degree in kinesiology.

It was through practicing Pilates that enabled me to alleviate the pain and through my own Pilates training I am now able to maintain my strength & live pain free...
